APPOINTMENTS AND PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of the service. If you can’t meet your appointment time, please give us a call so we can fill that spot. To be fair to all of our clients if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 am - 5 pm, Friday 9 am - 4 pm, and Saturday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. After hour emergencies, until 10:00 pm, will be handled by our staff. Just call the regular phone number and it will transfer to our cell phone. If we are unable to respond, please call the Animal Emergency and Critical Care Center at 419.473.0328.
We accept most forms of credit cards including Visa, Master Card, and Discover. We accept debit card, cash and Care Credit, too. Care Credit is similar to a credit card but is usually 6 months same as cash. You can apply for Care Credit at our office or to save time at www.carecredit.com or 1-800-365-8295. Currently we are NOT accepting personal checks nor do we have any other forms of payment plans then what is stated above, sorry for the inconvenience.
